Hoang Sa Viet's return policy was born with the desire to bring customers the best shopping experience. Hoang Sa Viet's products when sent to customers are always guaranteed to be pure, good, of good quality, consistent with the information and images posted on the website.

✅In what cases can customers exchange/return products?

For customers who have purchased products at Hoang Sa Viet company , customers are entitled to exchange and refund policies when encountering one of the following problems:

• The product is defective or damaged during transportation
• The Seller delivers the wrong product to the Buyer (eg: wrong size, wrong color, etc.);
• The product received by the Buyer is significantly different from the information provided by the Seller in the product description;
• To limit problems related to returns, buyers should note that they need to return the product including all accompanying accessories, VAT invoice, warranty stamp... if any and the product must be in the same condition as when received.

Customers will be returned 1 to 1 if they encounter the problems listed above within 7 days from the time of receipt. The exchanged product must meet the following conditions:

• The product is intact, without scratches
• The product comes complete with accessories, manuals,...
• In case the product needs to be exchanged during the promotion period, please exchange the product during the promotion period.

✅How to return the product?

Customers can return products in one of the following two ways:

✅About return costs

Hoang Sa Viet offers free returns to customers upon purchase in case the product is defective, scratched during shipping, or wrongly delivered.

However, in case the customer wants to exchange the product or does not want to receive the product for subjective reasons, the customer please pay the shipping fee in this case.
