Equipment and partitions are similar to culinary and commercial booths.
- Safe :
Booths are required to equip themselves with fire extinguishers
Comply with regulations on fire protection
- Decorate :
Participating units decorate their own booths.
Can request support from BTC for design and construction.
Use bamboo or wooden tables and chairs to unify the dining space.
- Commit :
Products must be licensed and have valid records and certifications.
No transfer or sharing of booths.
Use bamboo tables and chairs, do not use plastic items or nylon bags.
Comply with food safety and hygiene and store samples according to health regulations.
