✅Product Warranty Conditions

• The product is under warranty period
• For sound and lighting equipment: warranty period is 12 months
• For LED screens: within 12 months, depending on the level of damage, HSV stipulates appropriate warranty, maintenance and maintenance policies (can support free replacement of LED modules or will charge an additional fee if like having a big problem)
• For livestream microphones: 1-1 return support within the first 7 days of use.
• The product is damaged, entirely due to technical errors or errors from the manufacturer
• The product has a warranty card or purchase payment slip.
