    1. WARRANTY POLICY

    During use, if you encounter any problems or user errors. Customers can directly contact the company's customer care center or the company's warranty center for assistance.

    Guarantee

    - Product warranty is: Repairing errors and problems that occur due to manufacturer's errors.

    Warranty regulations

    - The product is warranted for free if the product has a warranty period calculated from the date of delivery.

    - The warranty period is stated on the Warranty Card and according to the regulations of each manufacturer for all technical problems of the product.

    - Have a valid warranty card and warranty stamp from the company or manufacturer on the product.

    Cases not covered by warranty

    - The product has exceeded the warranty period stated on the warranty card or lost the Warranty Card.

    - Warranty seal is torn, broken, overwritten, modified or erased.

    - Warranty card does not clearly state the Serial number and date of purchase.

    - The product shows signs of damage caused by rodents or insects.

    Warranty and maintenance location

    - If the contract, handover record, or warranty card does not state the agreement at the address the customer signed, all products are warranted at the manufacturer's Warranty Center. Company staff will guide customers to the company or on behalf of customers, bring the product to the manufacturer's Warranty Center to warranty the product for customers.

    Note:

    - Warranty does not include shipping and delivery costs.

    1. REFUND POLICY

    Cases of return:

    - The product is defective due to the manufacturer and cannot work.

    - Goods are damaged due to the company's transportation process to customers

    - The delivered goods do not match the design or type that the customer ordered

    - Delivered goods are missing

    If you detect the above cases, please do not receive the goods and ask our delivery staff to confirm the condition of the goods on the spot and request a return. Otherwise, the customer must immediately report the status of the defective goods to us within 24 hours of receiving the goods to receive support for replacement. We will not support the solution after 24 hours because by default the customer has agreed to the terms of service. product is delivered.

    General conditions and return regulations:

    - "One for one exchange" for products sold within 07 days if there is a problem.

    - Full tags, invoices, no scratches, dents, external damage, breakage...

    - Time to exchange goods is no more than 3 days from receipt of goods (based on purchase invoice or receipt signed by the delivery party).

    - Have all accompanying documents such as receipts, invoices, delivery notes, warranty cards, catalogs...

    Refund fee: the refund fee will be completely paid by the company if the error belongs to the company.
